This is for Capgemini's Hosting Practice, a division within Capgemini which out sources mission critical systems and support functions for our clients, hosting and managing the full lifecycle of large, crucial applications and infrastructures.

* Minimum of 5+ years of business experience
4+ years as a Windows System Administrator with strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows
* MCTS / MCSA or equivalent experience
Windows administration, configuration, and system level support experience
* Experience with Active Directory
* VMware ESX virtual server software experience. VCP a plus
Network and server monitoring experience

Understanding of TCP/IP and network services such as DNS, DHCP etc...
Understanding of Microsoft Windows security concepts
* Server hardware setup, configuration, and support
* Experience working with and administering custom developed and 3rd party applications
* Minimum 2 years experience with audio and video encoding/streaming technologies, including MPEG-2/4, H.264, MP3, AAC, RTSP, MXF, On2VP6, Sorensen Spark, Digital Rapids and Windows Media. Detailed understanding of CSS and audio\video ripping
* Minimum 3 years experience with digital media concepts: encoding, transcoding, streaming, rights management, watermarking, media formats, media transfer technologies.
* Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with file-based distribution solutions such as Signiant, Aspera and other WAN acceleration solutions.
* Knowledge of consumer and commercial Internet technologies, application hosting and content distribution strategies.
* Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems and DRM concepts
