Standard Job Description:
Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains enterprise-wide solutions to total system or subsystems using internally created and/or off the shelf products. Analyzes and identifies all or part of a company's existing or new peripheral, network, and telecommunications systems requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9-12 years experience.  A master’s degree may substitute for two years experience.

Desired skills:
• Familiarity with database development and design
• Familiarity with database schemas and structures
• Experience with data sources and databases including XML, Access, Lotus Notes, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
• Experience consolidating multiple large data sets across organizations
• Design of data structures and processes to track budgeting, operational, statistical, and other quantitative measures important to customers
• Experience working across organizations to standardize metrics collection, tracking, and presentation
• Familiarity with relational databases, to include data schema, data integrity, and structure consolidation; understanding of gathering data from multiple sources into a uniform output
