We have an immediate need for a Systems QA Analyst - Level 4
JOB DESCRIPTION
Desired Qualifications -
-5 to 7 years experience in the software Quality Assurance, with experience working on 3 or more projects from requirements inception to product release
-Experience with testing web-based applications developed in J2EE (Java) or .NET framework; Strong understanding of Oracle, SQL Server databases and constructing/executing SQL queries; Experience with ETL, Data Warehouse, and/or Data Migration testing
-Experience with Windows and UNIX (Sun Solaris/HP) server navigation
-Experience running batch commands, scheduled jobs, and reviewing output, logs, etc. on each platform
-Experience with Mercury Test Management tools (Quality Center, Test Director) and ClearQuest Defect Tracking tool, or similar defect tracking tools
-Ability to work in cross-functional teams across multiple levels of the organization
-Ability to work independently.
-Ability to multi-task.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Preferred Qualification Details -
-Familiarity with .NET, EJB, JSP, and XML
-Proven success in testing large scale, multi-tiered, integrated systems
-Experience writing test plans, sizing testing efforts, and defining QA milestones and schedules
-Project management (ensure that ambiguity reviews, test plans, and scripts are complete and accurate and that testing is executed on-time and within budget)
-Process management (insure that testing is performed in a consistent and traceable manner)
-Familiar with test automation methodology
-Experience in software development lifecycle and testing methodology
-Experience testing web services
-Financial Services Industry experience
Education Details -
-BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
