Chicago mortgage company is looking for energetic, articulate helpdesk support personnel with at least 2 years experience in a mixed hands-on/phone support environment.  Microsoft office, Active directory, Remote support tools, and some networking experience required.  Fast paced environment requires excellent multitasking and problem solving abilities. Microsoft Exchange experience, Virus removal experience, Smart phone experience a plus.
