Position Summary
Be part of a fast-paced Information Technology team devoted to providing outstanding customer service to our restaurants and corporate personnel. This position provides support to nearly all aspects of business in thehospitality industry. Learn more about business and the hospitality industry while extending your current IT skill set.
The Systems Support Technician position reports to the Director of Information Technology and is primarily responsible for general help desk and support as well as implementing configuration duties including the
following:
- Configuration, deployment, maintenance, and quality assurance of Point-of-Sale configuration changes including food and alcohol pricing, taxes, etc.
- Logging support requests into a ticket system and relaying appropriate problem information to responsible outside vendors
- Providing help desk and support services to restaurant and home office employees utilizing Windows XP, Server 2000, and Server 2003 Platforms
- Assisting in the administration and maintenance of user workstations, servers, and LAN/WAN topologies
- Analyzing problem patterns and recommending ways to mitigate them
- Strong work ethic and sense of ownership

- Able to multitask between several diverse projects
- Able to manage and document projects from inception to completion
- Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends and evenings
- Basic IT skills would be a plus
