DESCRIPTION: Provide all required technical leadership needed in a 24/7 beverage bottling operation. Manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs, KPI performance, project management, facility maintenance and safety /environmental activities. Responsible for the planning and managing of Maintenance schedules, continuous improvement initiatives, Statistical Process Control, Key Performance Indicator tracking and communication of related data to both associate and management team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and coordinate plant Preventive Maintenance plans
- Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance through use of the Computerized
Maintenance Management System.
- Administer technical direction for all capital projects for the facility.
- Administer technical support and strategic direction for all site safety and environmental initiatives.
- Develop and track improvement in the reduction of planned downtime hours and ensure that machine availability targets are met.
- Manage all facility maintenance.
- Track, manage and improve energy usage in the plant.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for all maintenance, safety and environmental related activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Four year degree in Engineering (Mech/ Elec/ Chem/ Ind) or Industrial Technology from an accredited institution or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- At least 5 to 7 years of successful experience in a Technical Supervisory / Management capacity in a mid-sized or large, 24/7 beverage bottling facility.
- Knowledge of high speed bottling production processes and successful and effective preventative maintenance programs.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Working knowledge of the financial considerations necessary to effectively administer a maintenance budget.
- Ability to communicate effectively across several levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively assume increasing responsibilities, over time, including new work assignments and larger scope of work.
- Ability to influence change and innovation in a team atmosphere.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
