Our Client is a Large Regional CPA Firm with offices in Northern NJ has an outstanding opportunity in their Tax Division for a Director of Trust and Estate Taxes, responsible for the efficient, accurate, complete and timely reviews and preparation of all clients' filings or estate, gift, individual, and fiduciary tax returns as well as judicial accountings. Duties include:

• Interacting with Partners and clients to provide tax compliance, planning, and consulting expertise.
• Primary and secondary review of complex tax returns, including corporate,, S-Corp., partnership and individual clients.
• Review estate fiduciary income tax returns along with the decedent's final individual tax returns.
• Managing, training, evaluating and mentoring of staff.
• Managing and developing client relationships.
• Tax research, planning and consulting on complex tax matters.

This position offer starting salary of $150K+ and a realistic partnership opportunity and excellent health and fringe benefits including employer match 401K.

Qualifications:

• CPA AND JD/LLM/MST with 12 + year trust and estate experience including complex research and consulting. Big 4 experience a plus.
• Experience in managing and supervising staff.
• Experience in fiduciary accounting, high-end estate filings 1041, 1040, 709, 706 and fiduciary state returns.
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and computer skills.
