Job Description:
Teacher: Teach a class in the morning during summer and in the afternoon during school year. Teach students with provided curriculum and lesson plan. Inspire and encourage students to produce competent work. Need to pay individual attention on students and build up good rapport with students. Maintain class in good order and create a safe environment for the students. Keep close communication with parents.
Tutor: Perform one-on-one tutoring with students in varied subjects. Need to pin-point student's weaknesses and problems. Adjust teaching material and strategies accordingly. Keep very close contact with the parents. Need to inspire and counsel students to accomplish good result.
Teaching Assistant: Assist a teacher in a class to give individual attention to students and grade student's work.
Qualifications:
Have good educational experiences and background. Be a good role model for the youth. Have passion and patience to inspire and counsel students. Be very responsible and accountable for duties. Be willing to take challenge when task gets tough. English and math assessment tests may be required. Long-term commitment is a plus. |
