A respected and well-recognized distributor in the optical industry, has an exciting opportunity in our Long Island headquarters for an energetic, outgoing and motivated Technical Support Representative to respond to product and operational support calls in a call center environment.
The ideal candidate should derive personal and professional satisfaction by providing solutions to problems while ensuring a high level of overall customer service/satisfaction. Position requires some travel and prior experience in a Client Service environment.
