Position Overview:


 


Panavision Imaging is currently seeking a TECHNICAL SALES AND SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE to join the team.  In this role, you would be responsible for the hands-on conducting and maintaining of daily internal sales and support activities in a fast growing small business environment providing assistance to identify and close all the potential “gaps” in all business operation functions to ensure success and revenue returns.


 


1.      Responsibilities:


 


1)      Demonstrated expertise in internal sales, support and customer service roles, such as, answering multiline phone calls, daily quoting customers, obtaining, submitting and maintain new orders, shipping & receiving, tracking key customer performance.


 


2)     Level 1 product technical support


 


3)     Utilize knowledge of forecasting tools and methodology to manage and maintain sales forecasts, facilitating monthly forecasting review process with Field Sales, Marketing, Business Operations and Finance.  Recommends adjustments to volume forecasts based on historical trends, YTD Performance, etc.


 


4)     Publish forecasts, forecast ranges, and communicates approved volumes and plans to manufacturing and vendors.  Monitor and reports Performance vs. Forecast.


5)     Provide updated 1st hand sales history and forecasting data & analysis to monthly sales operations and quarterly business review  meetings


6)     Provide forecasting inputs and assistance to the inventory management processes


7)     Attend product launch team meetings and work with marketing to create successful launch plans and align product availability dates with launch date.


8)     Ensure content on product related website is updated and accurate.


9)     Effectively communicate issues, understand and mitigate risks.


10)  Identify opportunities for  product discontinuance

3.     Education and Experience


1)     2 or 4 year degree and/or equivalent experience
