A division of an internationally renowned media company that provides technical service to end-users and resellers has an immediate opening for Bilingual Technical Support.

Qualified candidates must meet the following:
• Bilingual in Japanese and English; must be able to speak KEIGO.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in Japanese language.
• BA/BS in technical discipline is highly preferred.
• Must have advanced skills in and be able to navigate Microsoft applications and Windows in Japanese version environment.
• Ability to demonstrate resolving technical issues at end-user level on first contact.
• High mathematical aptitude.
• Must be able to work without supervision at odd hours and days, Sunday to Thursday, from 5:00pm to 2:00am in order to provide technical support for customers in Japan.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Assist customers with program questions including in depth information on program benefits, terms and conditions, application options, as well as technical support on tools, and resolving any open issues.
Answer customers with status of application and orders, billing issues, customer profiles, program and campaign information.
Provide appropriate feedback and settlement to all customer contacts (including referrals to other organizations).
Process application materials and make compliance decisions in accordance with program requirements and Microsoft guidelines.
Process and update customer information in system.
Contact customers for marketing, survey and follow up purposes.
Update and maintain Contact Management System Software with daily call log per customer, address, contact, etc.
Perform, meet and maintain KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for company's policies for the customer service department and ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) phone system statistics.
Keep abreast of program changes and informational updates.
Comply with company set procedures.
Support account's specific programs.
Assist in developing and streamlining procedures
