As a Technical Support Specialist, you will serve as the single point of ownership for dealership computer software and/or hardware issues. You will interact with both internal and external customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved. Additional responsibilities include installing and maintaining hardware and software, encouraging customer relations, and promoting and selling additional Reynolds and Reynolds services. If you are looking for an entry level position working with customers in a technical environment, this is the job for you!
