The Telecounselor Manager is a senior member of the Admissions team. The position responsibilities include the overall production of 6-12 telecounselor representatives. The manager is responsible for hiring, training, measuring and motivating the inside telecounselor representatives. Areas of responsibility include:
- To hire staff and manage a team of 6-12 part-time telecounselor representatives
- To meet budgeted telephone activity and appointment goals
- To achieve and maintain daily, weekly and monthly metrics
- To set performance standards to ensure qualitative and quantitative objectives are achieved
- To achieve peak productivity and performance through providing effective training
- To assist the admissions team in the collection of essential documents
- To ask for student referrals
- To comply with all applicable corporate federal and state policies for admissions
- To act ethically and with integrity that is above reproach
- To be able to work both Evenings and Saturday mornings
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in business sales and marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must possess a high level of interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of motivation with an ability to achieve goals
