Additional skills in MS Office applications such as Word, Visio, Outlook and Excel are mandatory.
Responsibilities Include:
-Provide technical support for all company telephony projects as needed
-Assist Senior Network Engineers in planning and design efforts for remote office conversions
-Work with Telco vendors, Change Advisory Board, Client Management, Circuit Provisioning, to accomplish project objectives.
-Participate in project and staff meetings as required
-Participate in remote office conversions as required
-Write Requirements, and Executive Summaries and Network Documentation as needed
-Adhere to Established Change Control Procedures
Must be able to work with Management, Project Managers, Change Advisory Board (CAB), Network providers (Telco), Circuit Provisioning, Client Management, Network and Firewall Engineers.
Perform the following tasks in a fast moving IS Infrastructure environment:
- IP Telephony system engineering and design
- Voice Mail implementation and configuration
- PBX system engineering and design
- Circuit capacity analysis, engineering and provisioning
REQUIREMENTS: - Strong IP telephony, Voicemail, and PBX Skills
- Siemens HiPath 4000 switch and HiPath ProCenter experience
- Genesys call center experience a plus
- Experience in specification, design and implementation of telephony systems
- 2 Years MS Office applications such as Word, Visio, Outlook and Excel are mandatory
