Job Objective Provide overall direction and leadership to the TEM Operations group, which includes the Provisioning, Invoice Staging and Telecom Audit teams. Responsible for the day-to-day operations and morale of these teams. This position requires the ability to effectively manage multiple teams, develop and document operational processes, train new employees, effectively communicate, proactively resolve issues, and work with TEM Client Engagement Manager to ensure client expectations are met. High Level Duties and Responsibilities · Manage Provisioning, Invoice Staging and Audit teams which include resource planning, project/task definition and planning, career development, and training. · Continuous process improvement. Work with teams to review, document and improve workflows within their areas of responsibility and in Telecom Services overall. · Establish and build relationships with day-to-day customer contacts and their carrier representatives. · Define and document the customer’s Standard Process Operating Procedures building and delivering exceptional result for clients. · Focus on Client functions for reporting by providing data to Technical Support and Reporting Teams. · Coordinate resources with TEM Client Engagement Manager to support Integration efforts Detailed Duties and Responsibilities · Develop team metrics and key criteria to rank performance · Responsible for incorporating new Clients into the daily workflow and process after Integration is complete · Own entire Operations Process from invoice receipt to payment ensuring invoices input within 5 business days, scanned, prepared, staged, and audited. Ensure all wireline and wireless provisioning activities are completed within expected SLA timeframes · Own Quoting process and metrics – Work with internal customers to ensure SLA’s are being met – Streamline process to reduce work effort and create efficiencies. Develop Quoting Tool to remove less efficient spreadsheets Education / Training · BS/BA preferred. Technical or Finance degree or equivalent work experience · Telecom Audit Certifications · 2-4 years Business or Technology-related work experience · Must be experienced in working with/for telecom expense management providers - Tangoe, Rivemine, Profitline, Telwares, Symphony, Control Point, or Invoice Insight · Must be proficient in contract management telecom cost auditing, inventory management, accounting basics, and inventory development and management
