We have immediate part-time positions available for enthusiastic candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
We require computer skills, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a changing environment. Knowledge of classical music a plus.
The primary function of this position is to provide excellent customer service in the box office and on the phone. In addition, the schedule may include supporting the box office before and during Dallas Symphony Orchestra's Classical and Pops performances. Specific responsibilities include:
· Supporting inbound customer service representative as needed.
Our ideal candidate has a commitment to professionalism and patron service, as well as an excellent attendance record. Pay rate starts at $10.00 an hour, with opportunities for regular increases with good performance and attendance. As a part-time employee, the position may be scheduled for up to 25 hours on a regular basis.
