Qualifications

• This position may require major international travel in the first 12 months for in-depth technical training
• ***Candidates need to be able to travel to Europe for 6 months training period
• High school diploma or GED 
• Experience in a CNC machining and welding environment including lathes, and mills andother metal cutting equipment
• Five (5) years of experience in an industrial environment using cutting tools
• Two (2) years of experience in an industrial environment setting up cutting tools
• Two (2) years of experience in an industrial environment measuring cutting tools with optical or electronic equipment
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Knowledge of cutting data technology in metal processing
• Knowledge of turning, milling and drilling operations
• Computer skills including e-mail and Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in a heavy equipment / industrial manufacturing setting STRONGLY preferred
• Knowledge of the metric system preferred
• Knowledge of computer assisted storage plan preferred 
• Ability to read, write, understand and clearly speak the English language
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to: frequent sitting, standing, and walking; frequent computer use; frequent telephone use; frequent climbing and balancing on large equipment; frequent stooping, kneeling, bending, and crouching; frequent lifting or moving up to 25 lbs.; occasional lifting or moving up to 75 lbs.
