Clearance Requirements: Current TS/SCI + No Immediate Family Living Overseas

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a senior engineer to run point with a large, unnamed Federal agency in the management of existing, secure networks and the ongoing design and deployment of new network and information assurance solutions. This executive will wear three hats: manager of a small team of elite network engineers (so candidate must be very strong technically), customer interface (responsible for communication with and happiness of customer) and strategist (interested in and capable of advancing the customer’s capability to leverage the latest, secure technologies.)

Skill requirements include:

·         Technical

o   Data Networking, Network Architectures, Messaging, VoIP, Video Conferencing

o   Development of NOC Capabilities to Support Application Services like eMail, Voice etc.

o   Transport technologies like DWDM and SONET

·         Management

o   Presentation skills (good written and verbal capabilities)

o   Design Documentation

o   Creation of Operations and Delivery Documentation

Your experience should include a minimum of seven years of Systems Engineering leadership with similar requirements to this role. A history of job stability is important.

Your education must include, at a minimum, a Bachelor of Science Degree in an engineering-related field. An advanced degree is a plus, but is not required.
