We are looking for Technical Sourcers or Technical Recruiters with a successful track record in the IT consulting/staffing industry. Must have 1-2 years of proven IT Recruiting background within a Staffing Agency.  

As a Q Analysts Talent Acquisition Manager, you will use your proven recruiting and/or technical background to identify key talent and manage the recruiting process by:

  Source candidates through existing database and contacts and direct recruiting.
  
  
• 
  
  Manage the recruitment process based on changing priorities and client needs.
  
  
• 
  
  Conduct phone based pre-screening of candidates to evaluate their skills, suitability, availability, compensation and understand their job preferences.
  
  
• 
  
  Proactively source candidates in assigned focus areas.
  
  
• 
  
  Follow internal process for submitting candidates to jobs and coordinate with the Account Servicing team.
  
  
• 
  
  Individuals in this position work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals.
