Blackmore Partners is searching for five driven and ambitious candidates in helping our PE and Corporate clients to identify their hiring plan and fill their recruiting needs. We are looking for someone who is open to search for talent in the databases we provide and match our executives to the company needs in all different industries.
Our clients are CEO's, COO's GM, and other business leaders. You must be comfortable interfacing with them
You should expect to make over $120K by filling two positions each month.
Blackmore will provide ALL the client searches. Your job is to fill the job requests. You do not need to do business development as your primary role.
We primarily sign non retained contingent searches. We charge clients between 25%-33% of first year pay.
You will be paid 25% of the fees collected for each Search
The position is at our Chicago Uptown office and the recruiter will need to attend a one week training program in our office and then four to six weeks of working closely with Shihhan Chou and other staff to support you filling positions. Once you have mastery of working with our team and process, you can work anywhere in Chicagoland.
Blackmore has been building our database for the past seven years and we have unique model to get referrals and reach out to not only job seekers but the passive candidates who might not be on any of the recruiting websites.
Blackmore can provide you with 3-10 (depends on your ability to fill and manage) signed contracts each quarter to fill, a commission value to you of $25,000 - $40,000 per quarter if you fill the positions.
Again, we have the job orders, your job is to fill them. Our average job order is over $100K . You should be able to fill 24 positions a year.

Desired Skills and Experience
Experience in Recruiting for 2 years minimum
Have worked as an outside recruiter vs a corporate recruiter
Urgency to fill the position
Great communication skills and organization skills
Ability to use Microsoft tools, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Detailed use of LinkedIn recruiter
Good in research using internet search techniques
Can build a candidate funnel of 5 fits for each search within 3 weeks of contract being signed
Has extensive experience being an outside recruiter
Can handle 8-10 diverse searches at the same time
Experience in training people, hiring his/her own team and leading a team of small size
