This Fortune 500 consumer products company is looking for a Director of the Target Team. As Director you will be responsible for developing and executing the joint business plan for all of the company’s product lines, including implementing the trade funds strategy, management of cross functional relationships and providing strong leadership to the Target team which consists of category management/insights, national accounts, demand planning logistics, trade marketing and sales analysis. You will be charged with increasing top line growth while maintaining brand share and continuously improving supply chain service levels. As the Director you will provide personal growth and sales training opportunities for the team.
This is a strategic leadership position managing some of the largest brand name products in their category and they want to interview candidates who have 7-10 years of Target national accounts experience with 2 of them as a team leader of a consumer packaged goods company.
