DescriptionErnst & Young's Americas Tax Practice is one of the largest, most highly esteemed and most technically advanced tax practices in the world, with approximately 6,000 professionals and $2 billion in tax revenue in North America. Through a combined international, federal, and state and local tax approach, EY tax professionals help companies understand the important linkage between tax planning and their business imperatives. We then provide a wide array of tax services to help these companies identify and implement winning tax strategies.

There are many paths you can take in pursuing a career in tax. We believe Ernst & Young offers several unique career advantages. Here, the focus is on helping each of our professionals grow and succeed. One way we do this is through our Ernst & Young University-Tax (EYU Tax)-our virtual resource of continuous tax learning and development. EYU Tax integrates formal learning, varied client experiences, mentoring and counseling, and continual feedback in such a way as to help each of our Tax professionals reach their maximum potential. As an EYU Tax "student," you will build your own personal resume by having opportunities to explore and gain first-hand knowledge in as many different work experiences and environments as possible-a concept we call experiential development. You will also have the ability to guide your own career by selecting the learning programs and client serving roles that are right for you. Our vision for EYU Tax is to create an environment for growing today's tax professionals into tomorrow's tax leaders.

We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior to join our Tax Advisory practice, on a "diversified" career path. This position offers you a wide variety of tax consulting and compliance work experiences. It also provides a broad skill set and diverse knowledge base, both very helpful as you consider which specific areas of tax you may wish to pursue as your career advances.
