Tax Analyst - Audit
Position Description: Tax Analyst-Audit Defend filing positions taken on Federal, state & local income/franchise tax returns upon audit by taxing authorities. Meet with tax auditors, when required, and respond to verbal and written requests for documentation and analysis. Provide support and analysis for federal and state income tax reserve balances under GAAP & IFRS Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics and / or business Minimum of five years of tax experience including tax audit with a major corporate or public accounting tax department Preferred Qualifications CPA Master’s in Taxation Other Requirements Microsoft Office software programs Strong analytical and problem solving ability Compensation The ideal candidate can anticipate a competitive and attractive salary and benefit package Location: Auburn Hills, MI
