About the Job
Nashville law firm seeks a tax attorney with at least 4-6 years of tax law experience to assist with a temporary need. Must have 4-6 years of experience working on general corporate, M&A, SALT and employee benefits matters. Must have significant experience dealing with executive compensation. LLM in taxation strongly preferred. Work must be done on-site in client's offices in Nashville. Reduced hours, indefinite duration. Excellent opportunity for an attorney who is not interested in being on the partnership track to work on complex matters in a law firm but wants to maintain control over his/her schedule.
