Audit/Tax Managers Excellent Opportunity!

Our client is a well respected CPA firm seeking both an Audit Manager/Tax Manager to join their firm.   The firm has a family atmosphere and is highly involved with the community.  As this firm is rapidly growing, this is a tremendous opportunity for the right person.

Responsibilities (not limited to):

·          Perform audit, review, and compilations; prepare financial   statements & footnotes and supervise the work of staff accountants

·          Prepare budget and cash flow forecasts for clients; perform variance analysis and general ledger reconciliations on a monthly basis for clients

·          Perform tax preparation and planning for clients; review & prepare corporate, partnership and individual tax returns and review the work of staff accountants

·           Researched GAAP, FASB, and tax issues as needed  

Qualifications:

·          Public accounting experience (CPA Firm)

·           Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

·           MST is a plus

·           CPA certification required

·           Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills

·           Ability to work independently, be a self starter, and the ability to interact with various levels of management and clients
