Denham Resources seeks a Tax Counsel (Contractor) for an exciting opportunity with huge upside and potential for growth for the right candidate.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide legal guidance on a wide-range of issues, including new business start-up
- Perform analysis of tax accounting
- Work with CPA
- Minimize tax liabilities
- Advise on structure of off-line investments

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

- Must have J.D. degree with superior academic record
- CPA Preferred
- 10+ years law experience practicing law, preferably with a large firm; or in a public accounting firm
- Ideal candidate will have experience with Internet legal issues
- Knowledge of California tax code
- Experience with IRS audit process
