The individual will work with various managers in the international tax group.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- This position prepares and analyzes earnings and profits reports for foreign entities.
- Analyzes and computes foreign tax credits for foreign corporations.
- Assists in the preparation of the U.S. Tax Forms F5471, F1118, and Form F1120.
- Participates in the preparation of responses to the IRS regarding international tax issues.
- Performs special projects as needed.
- This person should be working towards an undergraduate degree in accounting. (Internship will begin in December 2009).
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills as well as have experience with Microsoft's Word and Excel.
- It is essential to have the ability to work independently and the ability to communicate with a wide variety of and foreign professionals at all levels.
