Established CPA Practice in Lancaster and Berks Counties is currently seeking a Tax Manager.  The Tax Manager must have a superior technical understanding of the internal Revenue code, the tax laws of the Commonwealth of PA, local jurisdictions and adjoining states.  The responsibilities of the Tax Manager will include applying tax laws to minimize client obligations, developing junior partners, keeping current on tax law changes and developing client relationships.  Successful candidates will have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as superior planning and organizational skills.  Competitive base salary plus bonuses based upon results.  Qualified candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in public accounting.  Benefits included.
