Our Southern Maine client is an international, multi divisional, publicly traded corporation with a firm grip on their market share. We are seeking a CPA for an open Tax Manager position. Successful candidate will have 5+ years corporate Tax experience. (Straight out of public or a public / private blend) This is not a sit behind the desk kind of position. You will interact with people throughout the organization, across business units and externally; good communication skills are a must, as is a solid broad base of accounting knowledge.
Responsibilities will include:
- Review and planning related to international components of U.S. taxation.
- Review of international tax compliance and international general ledger tax accounts
- Preparation of international deferred tax calculations
- Maintenance of international transfer pricing documentation.
- Assistance with international cash management issues.
- Audit support on domestic and international examinations.
- Compensation depends on experience.
