Responsibilities:

• Prepare federal and state income tax returns
• Prepare FAS 109 tax provision calculations
• Maintain tax account roll-forward schedule and analysis
• Assist in all areas of tax to include tax compliance, accounting and audit
• Participate in international issues such as transfer pricing, repatriation planning, intercompany agreements
• Analysis of changes in deferred tax account balances
• Manage and develop staff

Requirments:

• 6 - 9 years of tax experience
• Prior management experience
• Big 4 public accounting or MST highly desired
• Tax experience in large high-tech company
• International Tax/Transfer pricing highly desireable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
