Continued growth within one of Houston’s leading, full-service tax firms brings employment opportunity for permanent, seasonal positions which will continue from year to year. Our small firm, located in Northeast Houston, is seeking individuals with a minimum of (4) years income tax preparation experience. Specialized experience in processing small business returns and supporting schedules, W7 for working residents, individual planning & consulting, and experience working with tax resolution, reviews, and audit are preferred.

Qualified candidate will possess the following:
Tax Preparers
· Min. 4 years of individual tax-preparation experience required; including e-filing
· Organized, detailed, and problem-solver
· Strong analytical and communication skills
· Abilility to complete tax preparer certification (training & testing are provided); recent
training a plus
· Must be committed and have a passion for accounting or tax related duties
Tax Office Manager
· Min. 5 years of individual tax-preparation experience required; Tax trainer a plus.
· Include all requirements of Tax Preparer
· Thorough knowledge of the tax process
· Must possess effective oral and written communication skills, as well as the
interpersonal skills needed to successfully interact with prospects, clients, financial
professionals and other associates.
