Tax Processor

We are currently seeking a Tax Processor to join us in our Phoenix office. Responsibilities: • Update/maintain internal database with taxpayer details and staffing modifications • Attend Monthly Tax Control Administrator (TCA) MSO (Meeting Services Online) training sessions • Create and distribute monthly tax return status reports to internal clients • Process internal and external transfer requests • File electronic tax returns, providing regular status updates • Assist with electronic file maintenance using internal document retention database • Assist with logistics and preparation of mandatory technical trainings • Train seasonal staff for tax return processing during peak season • Maintain database, tracking Internal Revenue Service updates • Order necessary supplies for tax return assembly process • Collate and assemble tax returns Qualifications: • Two years of administrative/office support experience, preferably within a Tax environment • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook • Able to multi-task, work independently and in a team environment • Accurate data-entry skills with attention to detail • Strong organizational, written, and communication skills • Strong focus on customer service • Flexible to work overtime during peak season and weekends KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
