Tax Senior – Rare Corporate Tax Role!

Our Client, one of the most dynamic companies in the region headquartered in the Anne Arundel County area is seeking a top-notch Tax Senior to join the team.  The candidate should have strong experience with C-Corp tax compliance, FAS 109 / FIN 48, and some exposure to International Tax (5471’s, 5472’s, etc).  The position will work closely with the very experienced Tax Director so will allow for strong mentorship and growth opportunity. 

The ideal candidate will have FAS 109, FIN 48, federal compliance/research and international tax experience from a Big-4 or Large Regional Accounting Firm OR from a corporate tax function.  This is a great opportunity for someone with exposure to International Tax to really expand expertise in this area without requiring significant prior experience.  This is not only a rare corporate tax role but one where you will round out your background with International Tax experience.  CPA or plans to attain certification are required and MS in Tax is a plus.  No Relo Assistance will be provided.
