They have revenue in excess of $10bn and are looking to hire a new Senior Tax Accountant to work for their corporate tax department. As a Senior Tax Accountant your specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Preparation of the company’s federal, state, and local tax returns. Assist in accounting for income taxes pursuant to FAS 109. Obtain data to comply with IRS, state, and local audit requests. Interface with divisional finance personnel regarding matters related to tax compliance. Qualifications :
To be considered for this full time opportunity you should ideally possess a BS degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or Masters preferred), minimum three (3) years relevant tax experience gained in either public accounting or large corporate tax environment, knowledge of federal, state, local and FAS 109 are all advantageous
