Team Associate

About the Job

The Team Associate supports the client team with administrative tasks.

 

Essential Functions:

Assist each position on the team as necessary (support Strategic Leader, Account Manager, Project Manager, Strategic Analyst, Web Designer, Copywriter, Art Director).

  • Preparation for team start-up of projects:  prepare creative project folders and planning folders.
  • Assist in preparation of program proposals/contracts.
  • Assist in preparation for client conference calls and meetings: assemble folders, pull package samples, print response reports etc. and set up of Communications Workshop presentations.
  • Attend client conference calls and meetings as requested.
  • Responsible for documenting all client conference calls and meetings, as well as team meetings.
  • Prepare Alternate Point of Entry postal requests, and keep binder current.
  • Make postage requests.
  • Draft client memos as directed.
  • Complete Special DP for Fulfillment memos.
  • Perform mailshop checks for designated mailshops.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Review samples.
  • Prepare and send client sample binders.
  • Assist in printing response reports, tracking reports, and memos, and send them to the client.
  • Prepare FedEx packages and faxes.
  • Print live laser tests and organize for team review.
  • Will be trained on compiling the information necessary to route lives.
  • Print out DP2, pull live names, send student id's to the mailshop, and enter them into e-mail review.
  • Assist Account Manager in building matrices- add e-mail contacts, seeds, export rules, add/copy cells, print out reports for review.
  • Laser test e-mails (e-mail review)
  • Create PDFs in partnership with our Web Designers for application reporting site.
  • Occasionally rotate with other personnel to cover evening telephones.

 

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

College graduate with some experience, preferably in a fast-paced business environment supporting multiple individuals.
