Raytheon Virtual Technology Corporation has a great opportunity for a Training Materials Developer.
You'll be an integral member of a large geographically-dispersed Field Support Team and participate in all aspects of training material development to include, training materials, databases, and supporting documentation. You'll be responsible for developing a training support package using the US Army TRADOC's Systems Approach to Training (SAT) process, integrating JADOCS and other C4I software packages. You will conduct needs, mission, job analysis, and task analysis to fully determine training requirements and standards. Conduct learning analysis, develop terminal and enabling learning objectives, write associated written and performance test items, select appropriate methods and media, sequence instruction, and develop course design and management plans. Develop instructional materials to include: lesson plans, multimedia, student guides, training event guides, job aids, examinations, practical exercises, training support packages, and other required training materials. Conduct training evaluation to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of instruction and to determine required course and lesson material changes necessary to improve instruction.

Required :
Prior experience with JADOCS or ADOCS, and AFATDS administration and field support.
Understand Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) and war fighting Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP).
Experience developing training materials using the Systems Approach to Training (SAT)
Skilled in troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems and networking problems.
Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
Experience in C2 user support, training and system administration.
DoD Secret security clearance with ability to gain Top Secret.
Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent experience with a minium of four years experience.
Desired:
Military veterans with Joint Fires and Targeting experience.
Recently separated commissioned, non-commissioned or warrant officer with relevant experience and MOS.
Graduate of Battle Staff Course, Command and General Staff College or similar staff course.
Knowledge of adult learning theory and/or education psychology
Knowledge of current Joint and Army Targeting doctrine
Knowledge of education technology and its application in the enhancement of training and education
Knowledge and skill in the development and revision of interactive multimedia instruction
Operations experience at DIV level or higher
