SOPUS Products is currently seeking a Team Lead Field Marketing and Promotions Manager for their Houston, Texas office.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the identification, design, development, system sell-in, implementation and measurement of national and regional promotions as well as coaching and support of division field marketing staff for all local promotions while acting as the subject matter expert and principle contact for all promotional activity
- Focal point contact between field marketing personnel and corporate marketing and is responsible for developing tools and templates, assisting in the localization/activation of national programs, all marketing activity inclusive of brand standards, market planning, discount practices at the field level, identification of best practices to be shared/implemented by the three division field marketing personnel
Requirements :
· Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
· A minimum of two (2) years franchise marketing experience required
· A minimum of seven (7) years field based marketing required
· Experience managing direct staff required
· Experience developing market level strategy and implementation tactics required
· Functional Microsoft Office skills required
· Bachelor’s degree is preferred
