Our fast paced, growing Call Center is seeking an energetic professional with excellent communication skills. The responsibilities for this entry level supervisory position include:

- Working with a designated team of employees to improve quality, productivity, and commitment.
- Helping to provide an environment where employees feel comfortable to express ideas and concerns.
- Assist in maintaining a high level of employee moral through coaching and feedback.
- Training and orientating new employees.
- Assisting with handling reservation and escalated calls when requested.
- Answering employee questions and recommends corrective actions to address customer complaints.
- Maintaining strong communications with all levels of staff and management.
- Participating in recruiting function by reviewing applications and interviewing candidates.
- Assisting in statistical calculations and helping to evaluate production trends.
To succeed, our candidates must have the following qualifications:

- High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
- 3-5 years successful experience in an office setting required (within a call center environment preferred).
- We will mentor an incumbent without direct supervisory experience; however, supervisory experience is preferred.
- Possess strong computer skills including MS Office.
- Must be able to work effectively in an environment with tight deadlines.
- Incumbent must possess the following traits to succeed: self motivation, ability to take the initiative, positive disposition, an excellent work ethic.
- Must be able to work a rotational shift schedules that includes 7 days per week 8:00am – 9:00pm.
