ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Team Lead – Telesales Specialist will act as the call center expert while supervising and assisting their direct reports to meet organizational objectives.  Duties will include but will not be limited to: 

  • Leading, coaching and managing direct reports

  • Training new and existing direct reports

  • Scheduling and tracking employee absences, shifts, etc.

  • Partnering with training coordinators to drive business performance

  • Quoting subscription renewal contracts to clients

  • Contacting clients through phone and e-mail to drive the subscription renewal process

  • Research and resolve discrepancies with client’s invoices or other accounting related issues, such as collecting Managing the client experience by updating client information and resolving client issues. 

  • Maintaining and updating client contact information

  • Processing orders for subscription contract renewals

  • Tracking contract renewal rates and compiling reports for management as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Two (2) year degree or 3-5 years of experience.

  • 2+ years of team lead/supervisor experience in a telesales role

  • Prior experience building and leading an effective team

  • Ability to effectively and efficiently train direct reports

  • Strong Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent conflict resolution skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to meet deadlines and operate under pressure

  • Ability to work cooperatively with others and communicate effectively
