ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Team Lead – Telesales Specialist will act as the call center expert while supervising and assisting their direct reports to meet organizational objectives. Duties will include but will not be limited to:
Leading, coaching and managing direct reports
Training new and existing direct reports
Scheduling and tracking employee absences, shifts, etc.
Partnering with training coordinators to drive business performance
Quoting subscription renewal contracts to clients
Contacting clients through phone and e-mail to drive the subscription renewal process
Research and resolve discrepancies with client’s invoices or other accounting related issues, such as collecting Managing the client experience by updating client information and resolving client issues.
Maintaining and updating client contact information
Processing orders for subscription contract renewals
Tracking contract renewal rates and compiling reports for management as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Two (2) year degree or 3-5 years of experience.
2+ years of team lead/supervisor experience in a telesales role
Prior experience building and leading an effective team
Ability to effectively and efficiently train direct reports
Strong Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent conflict resolution skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and operate under pressure
Ability to work cooperatively with others and communicate effectively
