About the Job

Minimum Requirements:
* Some College experience preferred, but not required
*(1 to 2) years of supervisory experience within the food service/ restaurant industry, including Profit & Loss experience and responsibility
 *Demonstrated excellent leadership, time management and customer service skills
*Ability to calculate/analyze data
*Flexible and adaptive to environment, changes, challenges, job duties and work schedules
*Strong customer service skills required
*Basic business arithmetic and accounting skills
*Able to stand and walk around during scheduled hours
*Personal Computer operations required

 

Degrees Preferred:
College Degree Strongly Preferred or currently working towards a College Degree

Majors Preferred:

Any business related degree: Business Administration; Marketing; Management; HR

Job Description:

The Shop Team Leader will perform at a capacity in management second only to the Shop Manager.


Responsibilities include:
*Creates an environment that inspires repeat customers
*Coach and train team to achieve maximum results
*Ensures the store achieves all sales & company plans
*Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards
*Ensures occupational safety, local health and food safety codes, and company safety and security policies are met
*Ensures cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
*Assists Senior Management and Shop manager in recruiting and interviewing team members; takes disciplinary action, motivates and trains team members
*Ensures company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained by utilizing Company and brand preventative maintenance program                                     
*Supervises and/ or assists in assigned daily working shifts
*Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
*Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing plans
