Team Leader - Full time (37.50hr) position available with our Brick-by-Brick (B3) program for adjudicated clients based in the Springfield area. A Team Leader coordinates client services, supervises staff, and provides case management. Must have strong organizational, communication, administrative and supervisory skills, and be able to multi-task. Bachelor's degree in human services preferred, experience required.
