Ted Moudis Associates is currently recruiting for a Team Leader / Project Director experienced in the field of Corporate Interior Design.

TEAM LEADER / PROJECT DIRECTOR

General Responsibility:

• Managing all phases of corporate interiors projects from conception through construction.
• Manage a team consisting of Project Manager, Project Architect, Job Captain and CADD support.
• Involvement in project team staffing and scheduling as well as plan review for quality control and code compliance.
• Day-to-day client contact.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years experience, proven record of accomplishments in successfully overseeing and directing corporate interiors projects of varying sizes and complexities is essential.
• Exceptional team-building abilities, detail oriented, problem-solving, follow-through and organization skills are key to this position.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Educational credentials in architecture or interior design.
