Position Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree required
•Health care clinical background preferred
•Strong health care business growth and development experience
•Excellent customer and physician engagement ability
•3 to 5 years of operational leadership experience required in a healthcare setting
•Ability to embrace shared decision making
•Effective oral and written communication skills
•Excellent critical thinking skills
•Strong leadership role model
•Ability to calmly effectively multi task and embrace departmental / organizational change
•Strong analytical ability to develop and implement metrics
•Skilled educator / mentor
•Excellent people skills - relationship builder and facilitator
