TMG – Cash Products- MBS/ABS

Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with TMG Cash Products-MBS/ABS NY Trade Support team:

Daily Functions:
Live Trade Monitoring / Trade Capture
Non-Economic Trade Enrichment
Principal and Interest Remittance trade bookings.
Position Reconciliation
Front End to Back End system rec.
TMQ/Espear: Resolution of Cash and Customer Confirms vs. trade bookings.
Fail Resolution

Monthly Functions:
Term ABS Loan Facility (TALF) subset to the TRAP
Post initial TALF loan subscription on a customer level.
Post PnI (Principal and Interest) distributions on a customer level.
Ensure monthly TALF cash distributions reconcile with BONY (Bank of New York –Custodian to the FED).
Coordinate cash settlement with operations team per trade postings.

Deal Tracking
Deal tracking of ABS New Issue Buisness.
Posting Deal Structures and Banking Economics for Syndicate Operations to post cash wires for Deal closings.

Experience / Requirements:
Essential:
Understanding of life cycle of a trade.
Understanding of impact of a trade.
Fail Cost
Risk
Required funding
Reconciliation skills and ability to provide summary recaps.
Sales or Trading Assistant experience
Broker Dealer experience.
Settlements experience.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong excel skills /organizational skill / proper email maintenance.
Work well in a team environment.

Qualifications:

University degree with excellent academic record
