• Underwrite, anaylze and review government files/loans
• Verify documents (income, credit, appraisals, titles, etc)
• Provide professional communication in regards to stipulations and assist in expediting final approval of the file
• Ensure that the appraisal and title insurance is provided
• Maintain strict compliance with government and state laws
• Extensive hands on working experience on FHA/VA underwriting on retail and wholesale
• Will review and assess FHA appraisals for accuracy/corrections
• MUST HAVE DE CERTIFICATION - LAPP AND SAR IS A PLUS.
