Tech Marketing Associate

LiveVox, a rapidly growing enterprise SaaS company based in San Francisco, is seeking a highly motivated person with 4-6 years of experience for one newly created, full time position in the marketing department.

Primary responsibility will be to leverage internal IT and operations expertise to write and edit thought leadership content (technical whitepapers, press releases, bylines, etc.), assist with RFPs and create marketing collateral targeting IT decision makers. Position will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager.

Salary will be commensurate with 4-6 years of relevant work experience. Benefits, bonuses, advancement, etc. Candidates must currently be based in San Francisco or Atlanta.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

·         Tapping internal IT expertise for thought leadership materials and press releases

·         Leveraging LiveVox IT strengths and differentiators for marketing collaterals

·         Assisting with market research initiatives targeting IT decision makers

·         Public relations and media outreach

·         Assisting with technical RFPs

·         Participation in industry conferences and events – travel @ 10%

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

·         4-6 years experience in B2B tech marketing, public relations or technology media

·         Understanding of call center IT business drivers, cloud/SaaS, VoIP apps and tech trends

·         Relationships with call center  IT and operations decision makers a plus

·         Strong writing, editing skills a must – provide samples with resumes

·         Complete proficiency with full Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with Salesforce.com a plus

·         Ability to work with geographically disperse team

·         Must be based in either San Francisco or Atlanta
