As a Project Recruiter, your primary job functions would include:
· Sourcing candidates via database and internet searches, direct recruiting, networking, and other various methods
· Identifying and qualifying candidates, completing detailed candidate data and highlight sheets, and completing candidate reference checks
· Utilizing available technology in order to uncover hidden talent and create an extensive pipeline of candidates
· Meeting goals and objectives on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
