Tech Support Specialist
Monitor networks and fielded systems in an operational support center. Handle problems that are reported via Remedy trouble tickets and/or real-time phone calls from field sites.
Work Experience:
Requires the following:
-minimum of 2-3 years Operations and Maintenance and customer support experience.
- literacy with Windows and Unix operating systems
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- positive customer interaction skills
This position requies a TS/SCI w/Fullscope Polygraph Clearance
