This position will be responsible for creating and managing detailed business and technical requirements. This position works very closely with business, development and test teams to ensure requirements are communicated clearly. This position demands that the individual have excellent interpersonal skills and develop solid working relationships with a large number of individuals and teams.

Responsibilities:
-Revise high-level and detailed-level designs after they have been reviewed by stakeholders and ensure that all feedback is incorporated into the documents.
-Create technical requirements (use cases, interface specifications, data conversion mapping) Work with business, development, and test teams to refine business requirements to ensure requirements are comprehensive and unambiguous.
- Identify any weaknesses in business requirements. Work closely with business requirements team to identify and correct any deficiencies in business requirements.
- Learn industry, proprietary and technical terms so that work products are complete and meet requirements.
- Work closely with developers to understand content of design documents and help revise them as necessary - such as revising text, creating Visio diagrams or developing flow charts.
-Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Analyst should have a fast turnaround for each deliverable in order to meet deadlines.
- Team work and excellent communication should be maintained throughout the project.
-Maintain meeting minutes and action items and follow-up on them with the appropriate people.

Must-Have Skills:
-7+ years of industry experience.
- Minimum 4 years as senior analyst. Prior analysis work on batch interfaces or systems integration is very desirable.
- Must have mortgage industry experience.
-Expertise in application development, demonstrated experience in working through all phases of development lifecycle.
-Strong knowledge and use of development, methodologies, standards and procedures.
-Ability to multi-task and provide expertise for multiple development teams across concurrent project tasks.
- Able to provide fast turnaround for each deliverable in order to meet key project deadlines.
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
-Excellent team work and communication skills.
