Job Description

Position: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA

Duration: 6+ months

 

Our client is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst for a 6+ month contract opportunity.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.

  • Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.

  • Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.

  • Responsible for maintaining existing HLD (High-Level Design) as changes occur, supporting development team in creation of the LLDs (Low-Level Data), and creating end user documentation.

  • Support the QC team in test planning, scripting, and execution (to ensure adequate testing of all functionality) is required.

Requirements:

 

  • Strong MS SQL Database skills
  • Knowledge of SDLC
  • Previous Financial/ Mortgage industry experience  is a plus
  • A degree of creativity and latitude
